By subscribing, you agree to have your subscription renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the billing cycle for the length of time specified in your subscription type (e.g. monthly or yearly). Your credit card will be charged again with each new billing cycle unless you notify The Service in writing or email before the beginning of the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, but IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE CANCELLATION AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. If you choose to discontinue your subscription during a given billing cycle, please refer to our refund policy for details. The Glinser web site may be temporarily unavailable for site updates or for events beyond the control of The Service. Such events will also not result in the assurance of refunds in whole or part.

Each of Glinser's service plans carries a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund upon service cancellation. Our service comes with 4-week Free Trial for FIRST TIME customers. After the 4-week Free Trial period is over, your subscription will be billed automatically. You can cancel at any time by sending email from your primary email account to . If you decide to cancel the service after the charge for the current period has been processed, the refund will be issued according to the refund policy below. However, upon notification of cancellation, we will immediately stop charging your account and no additional charges will occur.

4-week Free Trial
4-week Free Trials are 100% free. There will be no charge involved. After the 4-week Free Trial period is over, your subscription will be billed automatically and the service is officially started. It is subscriber's obligation to notify us to cancel the subscription service, if he/she wishes to stop the service.

Monthly Subscription Plan
A Full refund will be issued if cancelled within the first 30 days for first-time subscribers. If you are on a monthly subscription plan and cancel your subscription after the first 30 days of service, there is NO refund for the amount due.

Yearly Subscription Plan
A full refund less $30 administration fee will be issued if cancelled within the first 30 days for first-time subscribers. If you are on a yearly subscription plan and cancel your subscription after the first 30 days and before 60 days of service, a prorated refund less $30 administration fee will be issued. There is NO refund for a yearly subscription plan after 60 days.

Refund Policy
Glinser will assess a $50 administration and processing fee for any refund that is after the 60 days of service.

Glinser has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any subscriber who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Glinser's discretion. A charge of $50.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback. The Subscriber agrees not to chargeback any credit card payments for services rendered. A chargeback of payment for services rendered will result in an additional charge of $50 and will be subject to collection by an authorized collection agency.

It is our policy that all requests for support, information, account services, etc. originate through our online support email address at . If possible, you will receive an email response to your request. We do not provide telephone support with the Service. However, the support team may, at their discretion, contact you via telephone if they feel that such contact is necessary to resolve your issue.

The Glinser Web Sites are only for your personal use. You will not use the Glinser Web Sites for commercial purposes. The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state regulation is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. Global Investment Services, Inc., will cooperate fully with federal and state enforcement officials investigating unlawful behavior on our systems.

Global Investment Services, Inc. prohibits the use of the Glinser Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email ("Spam"). A breach of any part of the Anti-Spam Policy is a breach of this Agreement. Global Investment Services, Inc. may use filtering technology or other measures in its efforts to stop unsolicited bulk email and unsolicited commercial email, and if your use of the Glinser Web Sites includes email related services, then such filtering technology or other measures may block, either temporarily or permanently, some email sent to you through the Glinser Web Sites even if such email does not violate the Anti-Spam Policy.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Global Investment Services, Inc., harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to or arising out of the services provided by Global Investment Services, Inc., to you under this Agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties (including customers of yours) related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by you, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided hereunder, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Global Investment Services, Inc..

Any attempt to access or modify unauthorized computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether on the equipment of Global Investment Services, Inc., or any computer system or network that is accessed by our services, will result in suspension of your access. Unauthorized activities including guessing or using passwords other than your own, accessing information that does not have public permission, and accessing any system on which you are not welcome.

Global Investment Services, Inc. may terminate this Agreement, discontinue or change the Service, or terminate or suspend your access to the Glinser Web Sites at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Glinser Web Sites will immediately cease. UPON SUCH TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE STORED ON THE GLINSER WEB SITES MAY NOT BE RETRIEVED LATER.

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.
